  • Eviction measures if rent is unpaid or the tenant does not move out.
  • Index adjustment of the rent.
  • All communication between the parties throughout the tenancy.
  • Notifying you of damage or maintenance needs.
  • Final inspection and move-out report.
  • Settlement of the security — including claims against the tenant if needed.

  • Anyone letting a home must have it energy-certified before letting — the landlord's responsibility.
  • Done online with Enova using MinID via ID-porten.
